Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your order gets damaged while in transit you can file a claim with USPS/UPS, your package is always insured. We are not responsible for stolen and/or lost packages and/or items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us as soon as possible via email craftedbykamy@gmail.com if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Please be ready to provide a photo for proof.
